Scout trip to the ski lodge in Skorgedalen

The ski lodge in Skorgedalen were in the 80’s and 90’s used for many scout trips. Here is a picture from one of these trips.

Scouting is fun, and I have many fond memories from my time as cub, scout and rover in 1st Rauma Åndalsnes. This image is from one of many scout trips to the ski lodge in Skorgedalen.

1st Rauma Åndalsnes was at this time only for boy scouts but it also happened that we were on tour with girl scouts in 2nd Rauma Åndalsnes. This picture is taken on such a trip. Although the boys seem to be in the majority, we can see some of the girls in the back of the picture.

I’m unsure if it’s breakfast or supper served, but one thing is certain; there is at least one box of Nugatti or chocolate spread on the table. Both Nugatti and chocolate spread topping was standard on such trips.

When the picture was taken, I’m not sure, but many grown men today look very young in the picture, so here we are talking about the end of the 80s or early 90s.

Unfortunately I have only a few images from the many fine trips we had together. If anyone has pictures of this time as they would like to share, please send me an email or a message on Facebook.

Someone who recognize themselves in the picture or want to share something they remember from these journeys? Feel free to use the comment field below.
